Worst buffet ever. We are frequent eaters at the Parkhead Booffi and thought we would try the Clydebank one just to change. What a mistake it was. Food wiality was horrible. Carvery - all meats dry and burnt. Pizzas burned. Vegetable pakoras - you guessed it- burned. Chocolate served in a deep pan - with people dipping various things in it 🤮 it had a shiny biofilm layer on it - would not touch with a stick. When a dish was supposed to have paneer or shrimps - there was a total of 4 paneer cubes in the whole container, which was full of sauce and the same goes for the shrimps. Low quality if everything. Desert selection very poor - my child didn’t even want to eat the ice cream which is just coloured frozen water by the looks of it. Disgusting. My child did not even eat their chips or nuggets that she usually loves. Arrive was poor, played piling on the table (5 of us). Nothing positive to say. If you want good food and excellent service go to Booffi in Parkhead. We won’t be back to the Clydebank one ever again!

Absolutely rubbish only good thing in this place is the chocolate fountain, robbing innocent people out of their hard earned cash for food I wouldn’t even feed to the dog! Food is stinking tastes like nothing. Servers asked every few seconds if you were finished when clearly not. Do not give this place your business!!!

Went in about 8pm, which i understand is late but it does say it shuts at 10. Went in and everyone was getting ready to close (still people in and eating while staff are mopping.) little bit rude but it is understandable.
That was only the start, went in. ordered a glass for the refill drink and a cosmopolitan. Took about 15 minutes as no one was behind the bar and was on their phones, had to go up and ask for our drinks which took another 10 minutes. Again, it’s only for a glass of ice and a simple cosmopolitan…
Nearly broke a tooth from my chicken nuggets because the food was so stale. selection of food was shocking for an “international buffet”, barely any selection and all cold and stale.
Food was freezing, stale, and all “chefs” were either on their phone or talking to one another.
Rubbish service, rubbish food, and rubbish atmosphere

The food was dry , found a hair on my plate over priced for the quilty of food your getting and staff not helpful at all I wouldn’t recommend this to any family member or friends I know as it’s absolutely shocking

Went to booffi at forge retail park with my friend .
Staff are so nice and friendly specially Liam had time to talk to us very charming food was excellent specially the curry not to keen on European food bit blant price very good hope you keep up the good work will recommend to my friends love it 😀

Service very slow. Food almost cold. Dined late one night so thought it was due to time of night but today i dined at lunchtime but still food temp was very cool. Think the only thing that was at the correct temperature was the ice-cream !! Don't think I'll be back unless there are some improvements !!

Food was good, service poor did not clear tables after customers quickly, not enough staff, atmosphere was a bit dark could have done with lights up a bit particularly in food area, we dined in.

Food is terrible and I will describe more....there is a great selection but many people are aware that it's cheep poor quality of it you are eating then getting to the part of how it's made don't think the chefs are up to making it as nice as it could be there are also a few things I've noticed aswell my rice seems to go cold very quickly....when I went up for a second drink I seen staff with a box tub of rice probably made in the back come out and scoop from the big tub into it...cold rice into cold rice on a hot plate doesn't heat it up I tried a Chinese curry which was ok bit bland then the cake selection was not the greatest so tryed a korma the chick bits are big i halfed one in 2 and even under the dim lights i could see how pink it was...now paying per head as a adult what did my 20 quid cover? Cold held food not cooked properly? Surprised there are so many good reviews about this place this I s my second time and the first time I said I wouldn't go back...thought I'd try again to give it another chance...nope theres less chance if getting food poisoning in mcds next door do hope they read this and take this on board as it's going to make a lot of people sick because of poor standards of Holding ans cooking food place is nice inside etc

The food was very good and a lot of choice for fussy eaters. Rafy has top notch customer service and really went above board to create a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Just had a lovely lunch at booffi glasgow Fort food was brilliant lots of choice staff couldn't do enough to help especially Jashan who looked after my husband and myself very well ,a great place to have lunch or dinner ,the only thing I could say is the music is a little to loud for my old ears .we will definitely be back

Avoid at all costs. Food luke warm, chicken tikka tasted like cheap vinegary sauce from a jar. Soft drinks heavily watered down and kids hands in the food, slow to clear tables and staff generally not caring at all. Only slight saving grace was the puddings, however, suspect they were from Iceland.

The selection of food is amazing. The food was fresh and tasted great. Every member of staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Sonia greeted us at the door, sat us down and was very attentive during our visit! Highly recommend

Stumbled across this place so tried it for lunch. None of us were able to try everything as there was so much choice but everything we tried was very nice. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Scotland

Went for dinner with my husband, food was good the chair my husband sat at had a screw sticking out it and I walked past and caught my new Jeans witch ripped😡 told the man behind bar he came and took chair away and told me he would take something off the bill a lousy 20% did even cover price of my new jean not happy with it .
